This privacy policy describes how PRO IN POSAO d.o.o. (“Premium Log Homes”, “we”) collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors and clients in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data you submit via the contact form or WhatsApp: name, country, email, phone number, project type, size, indicative budget, message content.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, language, time of visit and basic site analytics (only with consent).
Responding to enquiries and preparing quotes — legal basis: pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Client communication and contract performance — legal basis: performance of a contract.
Compliance with legal obligations (accounting and tax) — legal basis: legal obligation.
Analytics and site improvement — legal basis: user consent.
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months if no contract is concluded. Contractual and accounting records are kept for the statutory periods (up to 11 years for tax records).
We do not sell data to third parties. Data may be shared with processors (accounting, IT services, hosting, WhatsApp communication) strictly for the purpose of contract performance.
Communication via WhatsApp is subject to the privacy terms of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.
